1. Booking and Payment Terms

• Advance 30% required to confirm booking. Balance to be paid during the trip.
• Distance calculated from Madurai Railway Station. Odometer reading at start is final.
• Tariff is based on days, not kilometers. No discount for fewer kms.
• Rates are fixed and valid for 15 days from quotation.
• Payment Modes: Cash, UPI, GPay, Net Banking, Cards.

2. Cancellation & Refund

• 100% refund for cancellations 24 hrs in advance.
• Festive season:
  • 7+ days before: 90% refund
  • Less than 3 days: No refund
• Refunds processed within 7 business days.

3. Vehicle Usage

• No location limits. AC works only while moving. Idle AC extra.
• Driver hours: 8 AM to 9 PM. After that, ₹100/hr extra.
• Customer should arrange parking & rest for driver.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Carry valid ID (Aadhar/Passport/DL).
• Any vehicle damage by customer is chargeable.
• Toll, parking, tickets not included unless specified.
• Respectful behavior toward driver is mandatory.
• Child Policy: No child travel without adult.
• Pet Policy: Pets only if informed in advance.

5. Safety & Cleanliness

• We are not responsible for delays due to natural calamities or traffic.
• Force Majeure: Limited liability during floods, curfew, etc.
• Smoking, alcohol, pan masala not allowed in vehicle.

6. Driver & Vehicle Standards

• Licensed drivers, clean and sanitized vehicles.
• Drivers speak Tamil, basic English/Hindi.

7. Insurance & Liability

• We don’t provide travel insurance.
• We are not liable for lost items or passenger negligence.

8. Vehicle Damage

• Customer pays for any damage to vehicle before trip ends.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

• All disputes under Madurai, Tamil Nadu jurisdiction.

10. Privacy Policy

• Your personal data is secure. We never share it.
